On Tuesday October 3, 2023, four new Ministers appoint-ed by decree No. 100/200 of October 2, 2023, were cursing in at the Kigobe hemicycle, in accordance with article 138 of the Constitution of Burundi, before the President of the Republic His Excellency Evariste Ndayishimiye, Parliament and the Constitutional Court.
